| Morris Class Description: | |
| Morris is about 17” tall without his pedestal. He’s a lovely, whimsical dancer with sculpted face, articulated hands and 17 print fabrics in his costume. Students will learn to pick fabrics as well as making the doll himself. Day one we make the doll, wiring each finger, sculpting and coloring his face. An evening session will be available to discuss putting fabrics together so the students make as many choices as possible. Day 2 we make his costume. | |

| Scylla Class Description: | |

Scylla is a mermaid just kicking back and having a great day. She uses a lace overlay to start the texturing of her tail but beading and other embellishments are also included. Her graceful pose and lovely face complete the picture of a mermaid at her leisure |

Who is Barbara Schoenoff? |
|
|
Barbara received a Master of Fine Arts in Costume Design from Northwestern University when the earth was cooling. Since then she has taught a great deal and designed and costumed over a hundred plays, including: Othello, Fiddler On The Roof, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and Oliver. She has been seriously designing cloth dolls for about 15 years and teaching cloth doll making for 10. Barbara is witty and fun and her classes are full of marvelous details all dollmakers need to know. |
