            I am the Opportunities Coordinator for The Enchanted Doll Artists Conference and we are once again looking for donations for our Welcome Bags, Door Prizes, Silent Auction and Raffle Items.

This will be our 11th year gathering with doll maker friends new and old. The first year was a small retreat with friends that met on the internet while last year international attendees ranging from beginners to professional doll artists attended classes for three full days.

Each year we have greeted our attendees at registration with a welcome bag full of product samples, doll patterns, sewing supplies, flyers, stuffing, brochures, coupons and other items that would interest a doll maker. The welcome bag is treasured by those that receive it and an excellent way to advertise your business or friendship to our attendees. The Raffle and Silent Auction will contain larger one of a kind items or a basket collecting a variety of one of a kind goodies such as books, tools, fabrics and finished dolls. We prefer to have quality items for the Raffle and Silent Auction. A card or label on each item is recommended to help advertise your business. We want you to be successful as our supporters!

All contributors and their contact information will be listed in our printed program given to each attendee. This will allow attendees to view your web site and examine your additional products when they return home from the conference. Be sure to include a label with your contact information on each item you send so attendees know what you contributed. This may encourage them to shop with you again soon!

Your contribution will be a marvelous asset to our conference as this is a non profit event and there is no budget to purchase these items. Funds raised from the raffle and silent auction help keep our conference fees affordable to those who can’t afford more expensive events.
