Cancellation Policy & Fees 2009

To guarantee your reservation FULL payment of registration fee must be RECEIVED by June 1, 2009Cancellation Policy
(All Refunds will be paid by EDAC check)
Cancellation notification from April 1, but prior to May 1, will result in a cancellation fee of $75, plus any Pay Pal credit card fees, being deducted from your refund
Cancellation notification from May 1, but prior to June 1, will result in a cancellation fee of $100, plus any Pay Pal credit card fees, being deducted from your refund
**No refunds will be made on or after June 1

Basic Conference fees shown above include hotel cost for 4 nights, Thursday July 30 through Sunday August 2.
If you desire to arrive earlier or stay longer please allow the Conference to book these additional nights to obtain the conference rate and ensure availability.
**ALL nights must be booked by JUNE 15 or you may not be guaranteed a room or the conference rate.
