Conference Evaluation
We hope you returned home invigorated, excited, and brimming with ideas! In order to provide a quality experience, we hope you will take a few moments to answer a few questions. Your answers will help us continue to provide you with a conference that both meets and exceeds your expectations! And remember there are no right or wrong answers we need you to help us continue to grow this conference! All responses are confidential.
Did the Registration process work smoothly for you? How can it be improved?
Did you attend the Icebreaker? What suggestions do you have to make this activity even more welcoming?
Accommodations: How was your room? Any concerns about your roommate or how roommates are selected?
Did you utilize the lunch buffet coupons would you do so again?
Did you participate in evening mini-classes? Were the additional kit fees for these events reasonable?

Did you enter a Challenge Doll? If yes, how was this experience for you? If no, what would encourage you to do so?
Sales Room: Did you find the Sales Room staff helpful? Were items tagged with prices? Were the hours such that you found it convenient to shop? Is there anything we can do to improve the Sales Room?
Banquet: What parts of the Banquet did you most enjoy? Opportunity Item tickets will be drawn prior to the Banquet and a list of the winners will be placed on each table to eliminate distribution during the Banquet. Do you agree/disagree with this idea? Is there anything else we could add/eliminate?
Who would you like to see Teaching? What sorts of classes would you like to see offered?
